Minimum quantities are noted with each product, you can increase or modify your quantities on the checkout page.
If available we also offer an all-natural option; these tend to be more expensive but are usually are fed a better diet, humanely raised , etc. And unless stated otherwise all products are USDA inspected and originate in the USA.
As meat and raw bones are a food commodity, prices fluctuate and it is next to impossible for Bone Depot to give you an exact price per pound until we actually receive our order. I have noted recent sales prices, or where this is not possible made an educated guess/estimate on pricing.
Orders represent DEPOSITS on specified quantities; your actual price will be determined by what we are charged on the date of purchase, we also need to weigh your order when picking up. As a result you may be entitled to a refund, or may need to pay slightly more when you pick up…we round up to the next multiple of $5.00, ie for an order for $37.90 the deposit is $40.00.
All orders placed online are processed through our sister company’s (Canine University) Paypal account, and will show up on your statement as ‘Paypal: CANINEUNIV’.
All orders MUST be picked up- during the hours posted- at Canine University.
Case Orders: it is not unusual in our experience to have a stray part of another kind show up in cases, for example a leg quarter in your case of necks, some feathers attached to wings, etc. If you have time we’ll be happy to go thru your order when weighing and pick out any of these you don’t wish to purchase, although we cannot offer a full refund of your payment your final weight will be lessened by any discards Also note that Bone Depot is not set up to individually ‘trim’ fat etc. from orders.
Please note that there is a 10% discount on the per-pound price for all cases, this increases to 15% if you are ordering 5 or more cases total.
