Privacy Notice: What Information is Collected, How it is Used, etc.

Canine University- doing business as both Bone Depot and Your Pet’s Butcher- collects only that information which we need to successfully process and fulfill your order. We would also use this information to communicate with you pertaining to any past, current or future orders. Presently this may include your name, billing address, telephone number, and email address. This information is not shared, sold or exchanged with any external parties, except as would be required by law.

All checks are deposited in our merchant account, no information other than that noted above is captured by us and for the aforementioned reasons only.

Credit and Debit payments are processed through Paypa l. If we are taking payment over the phone or in person the information is transferred to them for processing, then destroyed. With online orders we never see your card information. All credit and debit card payments are processed on Paypal’s secure server .

Our email list is maintained privately and offline. When using this we mask all recipients’ email addresses by placing these in the “BCC:” field of the message. Any messages sent to this distribution relate to Bone Depot and otherwise serve to inform you of any new products, sale items, etc. At any time we will delete your email address from distribution without question by emailing us with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line. Just be sure this message is sent from the email address you are receiving messages at/ the one you want removed.

BoneDepot.com, yourpetsbutcher.com, and the like use cookies but browsing the site collects no personal information.

On our website we have links to external websites and other resources we feel may be of interest to those already feeding or considering feeding a Bones and Raw Food diet to their companion animals. They were catalogued by the staff of Bone Depot as we feel they do a good job in educating pet guardians about BARF, but they are by no means the only sources of information available. They are noted on our web site for your convenience only, and we can not guarantee these sites in any way. We have no affiliation with any of these, and have no control over their content not any assertions or claims. You may use them or not, at your discretion.

Deadline for Next Order

Place your order by Sunday 6/3/12 and pick up on the week of June 5 at Canine University's Training Center in Malden.

If you would like to pick from among what we have to offer in our freezer- or are picking up an order- our hours for the week of May 22 are:
Tuesday: 9-11AM and 2-8PM
Wednesday: 9-11AM and 2-7PM
Thursday: 9-11AM and 2-5PM

Hours above are NOT the only times that Canine University is open, just the least disruptive...if you need to come by at a different time, you can e-mail us Mail@BoneDepot.com to seek alternate arrangements

Ordering Information

All meat and bones are sold with the understanding that although human grade they are for your companion animal’s consumption only. Minimum quantities are noted with each product, you can increase or modify your quantities on the checkout page.

When available we also offer an all-natural option; these tend to be more expensive but are usually are fed a better diet, humanely raised , etc. And unless stated otherwise all products are USDA inspected and originate in the USA.

Case Orders: it is not unusual in our experience to have a stray part of another kind show up in cases, ex. a wing in your case of backs. If you have time we’ll be happy to go thru your order when weighing and pick out any of these you don’t wish to purchase, although we cannot offer a full refund of your payment your final weight will be lessened by any discards Also note that Your Pet’s Butcher is not set up to individually ‘trim’ fat etc. from orders.
Please note that there is a 10% discount on all case orders, this increases to 15% per case if you are ordering 5 or more cases total (items ordered in non-case quantities are not discounted).
