All products are carted directly from USDA-inspected faclilties directly to Canine University, which serves as a place for pickups. Bone Depot has no stand alone brick-and-mortar place of business. and we don’t have a dedicated ‘call-in’ line. You can leave a phone message on the Canine University voicemail, that number is (781) 324-3722. You will likely go to voicemail, all calls will be retrieved and returned by Paul within a day. Please note that if your phone number is blocked those calls will likely be returned on days during the week when I am at Canine University’s training center.
Similarly we don’t have a mailing address for checks, etc…if you want to mail something Canine University’s mail is checked daily, the address is 71 Clinton St/ Malden, MA 02148 E-mail is checked regularly, and as we are raising a large family of dogs, cats, and children, plus running another business, it’s often the most efficient way to have your questions answered. e-mail is usually replied to each evening.
